I think I have posted dozens of video responses in the past week or so, but the problem is that many people probably never check their YouTube inboxes in order to approve them ! Seems like all my work is in vain....

Julie,
You continue to be a great source of valuable information. Don't worry about the long-winded blogs. This stuff is technical and a little difficult to understand so detailed explanations are what make your suggestions actually transferable.
When I first bought YTSW I applied as much as my little brain could contain and to this day, my videos come up on page one of You Tubes search box for my category as an Interior designer in San Diego.
Now with new videos about to launch, I'm coming back for more . . . so much to learn.
Thanks again for your continued interest in "our" success. Wish me luck next Tuesday, I'm uploading my best video to date! "Joey's room!"

Sincerely, Rebecca Robeson

Hi Adrian - Thanks for your comment. I'm happy to hear you've got a lot out of the series.

As for one-to-one Q&A, I charge my clients a fee between $150 to $200 an hour (depending on the type of consultation they are looking for; the higher end entails reviewing actual Videos and Channels for the session, as opposed to just general instruction). As a note to that, a full one-on-one training session -- where I teach absolutely everything from A to Z that you find in YouTube Secret Weapon, with individualized instruction -- runs a minimum of 3 hours.

Meanwhile, Paul and I are about to release YouTube Secret Weapon 2.0 in the next month, and we will be offering Q&A calls bi-weekly (twice a month). While those will be group calls, I don't see any reason why I couldn't answer a few people's questions privately. Stay tuned for that. Otherwise, to set up a consultation, simply email the support(at)youtubesecretweapon(dot)com address.

Thanks Adrian,
~Julie

Julie you share SO MUCh valuable information. I really appreciate it. My focus is on dominating video marketing for my niche. I like how you share LEGAL strategies and nothing unethical. I would like to ask you a few questions offline. How can I do that?

Hi David,

Yes - creating a YouTube Channel is the same things as setting up an account. The Channel is automatically created for you when you sign up for the account.

Thanks,
~JP

Hi Tom -

1. Regarding your first question: I do not currently know of any outsourcing services that do this for you; however, with my course, I do offer a checklist of activities for daily YouTube channel maintenance that is ideal for handing off to a VA to have that person handle it for you. Meanwhile, I would just put a post up on Craigslist that you are looking for someone who can assist with this task of adding friends. (Just know that this person will end up spending a lot of time waiting for the time delay to be lifted every so many invites before they can send again; that will leave you paying for a lot of "sit and wait" time. Again, I recommend the Tube Toolbox software -- you really can't beat it.)

2. As for that animated gif image on the cooking recipes channel, no, there's no way to do this as part of your video response thumbnail. (Although, that would be super cool if you could.) :)

Julie, I have another question. You linked to ...

http://www.youtube.com/user/cookingrecipes

... showing the animated gif image this channel uses in its profile picture.

Is it possible to have one's video response doing this kind of thing, so that wherever it appears it is a real attention-getter?
