I have not seen anything exactly like it; the YouTube Badge App on Facebook comes the closest in my mind to anything I've seen that's similar. Although with that, it only displayed a small thumbnail for each video you wanted to include from your channel -- up to 25, I believe. It was supposed to update dynamically when you added or deleted a video, but from what I remember, that never worked quite right and required that you manually refresh the code. As for what you're talking about for a website or blog, I'll have to continue looking around to see what's out there, but I imagine there's a script or widget that does something similar.
